These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and Sejuta77 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Company") governing your access to and use of the Sejuta77 website accessible at sejuta77.cam

To register and maintain an account on Sejuta77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

Sejuta77 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified in the verification request may result in account suspension and temporary witholding of funds pending the completion of the KYC process.

Each individual may hold onlyone (1) registered account on the Sejuta77 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus funds or winnings derived from the duplicate accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to promptly update any information that changes. Sejuta77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify Sejuta77 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. Sejuta77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

All deposits and withdrawals on the Sejuta77 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the User has selected a cryptocurrency payment option, in which case the equivalent MYR value at the time of transaction is applied. Supported payment methods include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT).

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum deposit amounts are as stated on the deposits page and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the account ("source of funds" requirement).
• Sejuta77 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests. Processing times may be affected by volume, KYC verification status, or third-party banking delays outside our control.
• Sejuta77 does not accept payments from, or process payments to, third-party accounts. The name on the payment account must match the name on the Sejuta77 account.
• Sejuta77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large transactions and may request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals exceding certain thresholds.
• Any fees charged by payment providers are the responsibility of the User. Sejuta77 does not charge additional processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals.

Sejuta77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, maximum bet limits during wagering, and maximum withdrawal limits. These terms are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with this Agreement.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional gamblers, matched bettors, or any player whose betting patterns indicate an intent to exploit bonus offers rather than engage in legitimate recreational play may have bonuses withheld or revoked.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly permits stacking.

• Any winings generated by a bonus balance are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal may be requested.

• Bonus credits cannot be transferred between accounts and have no monetary value outside the Sejuta77 platform.

All bets and wagers placed on the Sejuta77 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for verifying the details of each bet — including stake amount, selection, and odds — prior to confirmation. Sejuta77 shall not reverse or amend a confirmed wager except in the circumstances described below.

Sejuta77 reserves the right to void, cancel, or modify bets in the following circumstances:

• A technical error, system malfunction, or data feed failure that materially affects the outcome or the odds displayed at the time of placement.
• A game title is found to have experienced an RNG malfunction or a software bug that could have affected the fairness of the outcome.
• The wager was placed in contravention of these Terms (e.g., placed using a suspended account or funds linked to fraudulent activity).
• An event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned under circumstances that prevent a result being determined within a reasonable period.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Sejuta77 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referal to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account.
• Fraud: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any form of financial fraud.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live casino or multiplayer games.

• Chargebacks: Initiating anunjustified chargeback or payment reversal through a payment provider. Any balance associated with an unjustified chargeback will be immediately suspended.
• Hacking or interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to Sejuta77's systems, disrupt the Service, or reverse-engineer any component of the Platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from Sejuta77.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sejuta77 makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, security, or fitness for purpose of the Service. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your account by submitting a written request to our support team. Sejuta77 will process account closure requests within a reasonable timeframe and will return any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonus requirements) via your preferred payment method.

Sejuta77 may suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8 of these Terms.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a specified period.
• At the direction of a competent regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Upon termination for cause, Sejuta77 reserves the right to withold any bonus balances, bonus-derived winnings, or funds associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity pending investigation.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, whether of a contractual, tortious, or other nature, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which Sejuta77 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts designated under the applicable regulatory framework.

Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights you may be entitled to under the consumer protection laws applicable in Malaysia or your country of residence.
